ok i cant believe that no one has anything good to say about op ivy. this is an awesome band and we have to talk about them cause this band is also no longer. we have to tell the people of how awesome this band used to be. cause we are now living in a world of post op ivy and no one else will ever see this band live again. if you are one of those lucky people that got to see this band live during their career than i hope that you cherish that moment for ever. there are many millions of people that wish they had the chance. so if you have seen op ivy live then please tell people about it you are very blessed if you have and you should feel that way.

ya Op.Ivy was a fucking kickass band back in the day..what i would do to get a chance to wsee them live.....yet another reason to why i wish i was born 10 years earlier....music fucking kicked ass then....its fucking horrible now...well most of it at least....if u ask me op.ivy was the first band to mix ska and punk and have it actually sound good.....considering op.ivy is basically the closest to ska i'll listen its pretty much impossible not to like them...my band does a cover of bombshell...a fucking kickass song, if u dont know it download it right now!!!...another good song missionary...room without a window.....the list goes on

i dont think there was any special reason, i believe it was just a name. nothing really that important but of course i dont know for sure.and as for favorite po ivy song? my band does a cover of bombshell...so i love that song....caution and missionary are also kickass songs.....as for the ska songs id say probablly take warning or room without a window
